Our Process is Simple

  • Schedule a free consultation to discuss your vision and Funeral Home’s situation.

  • After our consultation, we will send you a free sample in the mail using the custom text and company logos you provide. If you approve we will send an invoice.

  • Once you have confirmed that the sample is up to your standards, we can proceed with payment and preparation for delivery. You may pay via PayPal, Venmo, Direct Bank Transfer, or Check. Please ask for details. Without payment, we cannot make a delivery!

  • Your Funeral Home will provide us an excel sheet including the following information and we will prepare and deliver letters that honor within 2 weeks of the 1 year anniversary of the loved one’s passing.

    1) Decedent Name (first and last)

    2) Name of Next of Kin

    3) Address of Next of Kin or Intended Recipient Address

    4) Date of Death

    5) Funeral Home Name

    Please also send of your company logos if you would like them included.

    Ours is a white-label service, a service provided by one company but branded and presented as if it were offered by another company (in your case, the funeral home).
