We Deliver Anniversary Condolence Cards

Our company will work from an Excel spreadsheet you provide containing the information below to design, prepare, and mail condolence cards to families near the anniversary of their loved one’s passing (within approximately two weeks). This allows you to express continued care and remembrance without taking on the added burden of drafting, scheduling, printing, or mailing the cards yourself.
Before payment, we are happy to send you a complimentary sample envelope and letter, customized with your logo, for your review and approval.
The Excel spreadsheet should include the following fields:
Decedent Name
Next of Kin Name
Next of Kin Address
Date of Death
Funeral Home Name
Preferred Letter Text
You may also provide your logo(s) to further customize the envelope and letter, which we will print and include accordingly.
Alternatively, if you wish to retain full control over your card design and messaging, you may prepare your own cards in advance, including postage, and send them to us in bulk. We will handle secure storage and ensure thoughtful, timely delivery to families within approximately two weeks of the anniversary of the decedent’s passing.
